It's that time of year when Clark County, Nev., properties are assessed to determine their value for tax purposes. Property owners should expect to receive a "Notice of Value" card by Dec. 18, 2012. The tax rolls will be published in the Las Vegas Review-Journal by the end of the calendar year. The printing is required under Nevada state law. Property owners who disagree with their assessments should contact the Clark County Assessor's Office.
